CAMP PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- CAMPS RUN – RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE
We have a stack of indoor activities and always do our best to get out on the sports fields or courts once the weather has passed. So if the weather is looking unpleasant, please be assured camps will be on and all bookings stay in place. Please be aware as our coaches and locations are sorted well in advance of the camps, we do not offer refunds or transfer of days during inclement weather.
- NEED TO CHANGE OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING
No problems at all, simply notify us on or before the FINAL DAY OF SCHOOL TERM. If notice is not given in time, we will see your booking as confirmed and full payment of the original booking is required. We do hope you understand- as we do offer a ‘child to coach’ ratio, last minute cancellations cannot be made.
The only exception to this – if your child is unwell and a Doctors Certificate is supplied, payment will not be sought by us or a credit will be given if you have already settled your account. (the below stipulation supercedes the above)
- COVID-19: due to any COVID19 related cancellation, all bookings will be credited to a proceeding camp – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!
- PAYMENT TYPES
Payment can be made by credit card, eftpos, cash, cheque or through our online secure payment booking portal.
Our Online Institution will show up as ‘Ezidebit’ when a payment is made online
- IMAGE CONSENT
When you sign up to a Holiday Camp at Evolve Sports, you are providing consent to allow your child/rens image to be used on our Social Media platforms and/or Website. These images will only be used for the sole purpose of advancing Evolve Sports exposure in a soccer/tennis related manner. Feel free to email us if you have concerns regarding this [email protected]
