Wilson Pee Wee Tennis is our super popular starter programme and the first stage of the HOTSHOTS programme for 2-5 year olds. A great introduction to tennis, it helps develop those all important gross motor skills which will help prepare kids for further progression of their tennis development into the HOTSHOTS Programme. The programme ensures to grow those essential gross motor skills and also develop and encourage foundational and fundamental tennis playing skills whilst the group environment develops important social skills.

Orange Ball is a progression from Red Ball and can be used as an introduction into tennis for older children or as a graduation for younger children whose skills are progressing. The second stage of the Tennis Australia HOTSHOTS programme is designed for children aged 8-10 years and is played on a full court with slightly modified lines creating a smaller court size. With the use of normal size tennis ball with 50% compression it allows for a lower bounce to focus on refining tennis technique, improving motor skills and general coordination. In addition rallies, point play and tennis scoring will also be introduced at this stage. HOTSHOTS isn’t just about learning how to hit a ball, kids are also taught about balance, coordination, teamwork and tactics.

Green Ball is a progression from Orange Ball and is ideal for older children who have mastered fundamental motor skills and are looking to progress into fixture play. Designed for children 9-12 years old, with a good understanding of tennis strokes and fundamental skills of throwing, catching and striking balls. This is the final Tennis Australia HOTSHOTS progression before players move to standard tennis balls, it is played on a full size court using 75% compression balls, making the balls slightly softer than standard tennis balls means the ball doesn’t bounce quite as high and moves slightly slower making this ideal for transitioning players to develop powerful tennis strokes. Green Ball is designed to let children put their skills into action with plenty of activities involving rallies, point play and continued work with refining technique, teaching children a variety of spins and further developing their service technique.

The Mini Champions Program is a more advanced HOTSHOTS Program offered to Red and Orange Ball players. Orange Ball Mini Champions will consist of 1 Group Session with like minded children (in a smaller group setting), and Sunday Orange Ball Competition. A variety of cardio workouts and fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable fitness and tennis workout program open to players of all ages and abilities. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.

A fun social environment that includes a unique mix of drills, fitness, footwork and match play. Catering from beginner to advanced, it’s a great way to sharpen your tennis skills and hit those fitness goals.

School holiday camps are run during the public school term breaks and can be booked for half days (activities from 9am-12pm) or full days (activities from 9am-3pm). Depending upon your child’s age and tennis/soccer experience, our holiday clinics integrate technical coaching, games, matchplay and most importantly FUN. Included activities will work on balance, coordination, speed, agility and sportsmanship. Our coaches rotate between high intensity and lower intensity activities and class groups so your child will have more variety throughout their day.

Lunchboxes can be arranged at an additional cost of $15 per day at all our locations. FREE Before and after care is also provided upon request where drop off can be from 7.30am and pickup by 5pm.
