CAMPS RUN – RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE
We have a stack of indoor activities and always do our best to get out on the sports fields or courts once the weather has passed. So if the weather is looking unpleasant, please be assured camps will be on and all bookings stay in place.
NEED TO CHANGE OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING
No problems at all, please just let us know the Saturday prior to your child attending camp. If notice is not given in time, we will see your booking as confirmed and full payment of the original booking is required. We do hope you understand- as we do offer a ‘child to coach’ ratio, last minute cancellations cannot be made.
PAYMENT TYPES
Payment can be made by credit card, eftpos, cash, cheque or through our online secure payment booking portal.
Our Online Institution will show up as ‘Payrix’ when a payment is made online
