General Party Information
Time
2hrs (longer times available by request)
- First 1.5 hr is spent On-Court with your Qualified Coach/es from Evolve Tennis Academy. The Coach/es will plan the days activities & level based on the Children’s ages & skill. Expending energy & having lots of fun is a guarantee.
- Final 1/2 hr is for Party Cake, Food & Presents. (A tennis court is set aside for the kids to continue to play on).
Fee: $200.00+GST to $350+GST
Note: This Fee is for Maximum 8 Children
- Includes 1 Qualified Coach (Each Extra Coach at Cost of $150.00, once Max of 8 Children reached)
- $25pp, for every extra player
- Use of Clubhouse Facilities (Tables, Chairs, Kitchen & Bathrooms)
- 1 Tennis Court for 2hrs
- Invitations for Each Child (if requested)
- A visit from Mr Pee Wee Mascot (available for additional $100.00)
A few things to keep in mind for your B’day Party Booking
- Cleaning up after the party is your responsibility
- All Catering is your responsibility
- Under no circumstances can glitter or confetti be used at the venues
