As our community continues to grow we aim to offer the best experience, whether on or off the court. The purpose of such a policy is to facilitate superior communication, paving the way for happier clients and better business values

What can you expect


Email will be used for the following: Invoices | Competitions | Tournaments | Newsletters | Events, workshops, team trips

Communication involving children will be directed through their parents (with the exception of reports which will be handed to your child directly)


SMS messages will be short and about Evolve matters

SMS will be used for the following: Term Re-enrolment | Wet weather | Upcoming holiday camps | Holiday camp termly program promo | Overdue invoices after 2 emailed invoices

SMS may be used for communication purposes between private coach & players/parents


We treat all social media postings, blogs, status updates and tweets as public ‘comment’

Postings (written, photos or videos) will be family-friendly and feature positive club news and events

No personal information about our community will be disclosed

No statements will be made that are misleading, false or likely to injure a person’s reputation

No statements will be made that might bring Evolve or our partners into disrepute.

Abusive, discriminatory, intimidating or offensive statements will not be tolerated. Offending posts will be removed and those responsible will be blocked from the site


Our website will include current information such as programs, competitions, tournaments, social events, committees, policies, constitution, T&Cs

No offensive content or photos will be published
